The hotel had a great location, being very close to a popular thermal spa. This made it convenient to relax and enjoy the spa facilities. the breakfast provided was tasty and had a wide variety of options to choose from. the service during breakfast was also pleasant, with the ladies serving being very friendly and attentive.
There was a problem with communication in English, making it difficult to obtain information about discounts or combined offers.

The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options to choose from, including delicious dishes and refreshing beverages. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the local thermal spa.
There were a few negatives worth noting. the lack of English-speaking staff made it challenging to understand important information about discounts and combined offers.

The breakfast was delightful, with a tremendous variety of delicious dishes and beverages. I particularly appreciated the ladies who served us, who were incredibly kind and welcoming. the location was perfect for our new year getaway, right by the Spreewald Therme. We enjoyed relaxing and taking in the beautiful surroundings.
Sadly, there were some downsides to our stay. the communication in English was somewhat challenging, this made it difficult to ask about the discounts for hotel guests or learn about combined offers.
